Another great set of runs guys, especially since we went in to T8 almost blind and worked out most of the kinks on our own.

We should easily have that downed on Thursday then we will be moving on to T9 for every run until we beat it.

When we reach a point where we are running T9 properly and going for clear, I would really like us to have a set group of 8 that are able to run every day that is set on the schedule and that are wanting to remain with that group for final coil progression raiding.

For new possible members to the static I'm going to have to insist they can run at those times, as we have the majority of the group set up that way and it will be very hard to adjust run times from what they are now.

At the time of writing this we have 6 static members that are 100% in the group. The two remaining spots are:

1. BRD
2. BLM or SMN

as I feel we need a balance of ranged dps to close quarters.
